The ReTool Kit is a development tool for building healthy believers, leaders, and churches. By advancing through these studies, you will reexamine your own church from a biblical perspective and acquire a new biblical vision and capacity for action.

このセッションは、リツールキットの導入編です。ゲイリー・ハリソンが語るように、教会は「共有されたビジョン」と「効果的な戦略」によって、地域社会と世界に影響を与える存在となるべきです。そのために、聖書・教会・地域・自分自身を見直す6つのモジュールが用意されています。このプロセスは、教会の刷新と成長を導く道筋であり、すべての教会が「次の一歩」を踏み出すための助けとなります。 This session introduces the Retool Kit. As Gary Harrison explains, churches should become influential in their communities and the world through shared vision and effective strategy. Six modules help review Scripture, church, community, and self. This process guides renewal and growth, enabling every church to take the next step.

このセッションは、リーダーの刷新に必要な5つの学びを体系的に解説しています。 1．初代教会の歩みから、現代教会が果たすべき使命とビジョンを再発見し、すべての活動が「弟子づくり」に沿っているかを見直します。 2．教会の構造が使命の実現を助けているかを問い、全員参加型のチーム型ミニストリーやリーダー育成、評価体制の重要性を学びます。 3．教会の関係性の質が信仰の証しとなることを強調し、愛し合う共同体づくりや葛藤への健全な対応を考えます。 4．イエスの弟子育成プロセスをモデルに、信仰の各段階に応じた支援と「次は何か？」を示す教会の役割を学びます。 5．イエスとパウロのビジョンを基に、目的・共同体・構造を統合し、教会の成長と「次の一歩」を導く方法を探ります。 これらを通じて、教会が本来の使命に立ち返り、持続的な成長と変革を目指す道筋が示されます。 This session systematically explains the five key learnings necessary for leadership renewal. 1．Rediscover the mission and vision modern churches should fulfill by tracing the journey of the early church, reviewing whether all activities align with “making disciples.” 2．Examine whether church structure helps realize its mission, emphasizing team-based ministry, leadership development, and evaluation systems. 3．Highlight that the quality of relationships in the church is a testimony of faith, focusing on building a loving community and healthy conflict resolution. 4．Learn from Jesus’ disciple-making process, understanding the church’s role in supporting each stage of faith and always showing “what’s next.” 5．Based on the visions of Jesus and Paul, integrate purpose, community, and structure, and explore ways for the church to guide growth and the next step. Through these, the church is guided to return to its true mission and pursue sustainable growth and transformation
